Dr. Angela Rosen, DAOM, LAc
Traditional Chinese medicine has the ability to simultaneously address the mind, body and spirit. More than simple palliative management, Dr. Angela is interested in addressing root problems in order to present an auspicious opportunity for personal growth.
Following her degree in History at Lewis & Clark College, Dr. Angela studied at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco where she earned her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Wanting to satisfy her sense of adventure and desire to treat a wide variety of people, Dr. Angela spent the next four years providing acupuncture treatments and herbal medicine prescriptions on cruise ships. Providing an excellent opportunity to travel, it afforded her the unique experience of introducing hundreds of different people, literally from all over the world, to the power of acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
Once her travel bug had been satiated, Dr. Angela returned to the Bay Area in 2009. Having practiced in a variety of clinic settings in Berkeley and San Francisco from 2009 through 2012, she now maintains a private practice in San Ramon.
Dr. Angela completed her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in April of 2023.
